Terms and Conditions for Virgo Exchange Double Referral Bonus Promotion

1. Promotion Period

This Double Referral Bonus Program is valid from February 14, 2025, to February 21, 2025, 11:59 PM AEDT. Any referrals outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

2. Eligibility

  • Only Australian citizens, permanent residents, and temporary residents who are over the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence are eligible to receive the sign-up rewards, first-time fiat deposit referral bonus, and shared rewards.
  • The promotion applies only to users of Virgo Australia (virgo.co/au).
  • The referee must be a newly verified user on Virgo. 

3. Referral Bonus Structure

  • The referrer and referee will each receive $10 AUD once the referee successfully verifies their account (KYC passed) within the promotion period.
  • The referrer and referee will each receive an additional $30 AUD when the referee deposits a minimum of $100 AUD within the promotion period.

4. Bonus Payout

  • Sign-up rewards, first-time deposit referral bonuses will be credited to qualified accounts after 00:00 of the following day.

6. Limitations and Restrictions

  • Bonuses apply only once per referee. Each referred user is only eligible for one set of rewards under this program.
  • Multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or attempts to circumvent the referral system will result in disqualification from the promotion.
  • Virgo Australia reserves the right to disqualify duplicate accounts set up by the same individual or entity from receiving any of the referral bonuses described above.
  • Referral bonuses are not transferable.

7. General Conditions

  • Virgo Australia reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Virgo Australia has sole discretion in accepting or rejecting any referred user on the Virgo Australia platform (virgo.co/au).
  • Virgo Australia reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit (whether in cryptocurrency or fiat currency) at its sole discretion.
  • Participation in this promotion constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Any decision made by Virgo Australia regarding the eligibility and qualification of participants is final and binding.
